I bought this a couple of years ago for around £200 and am having a nightmare trying to find its current value. If anyone could advise me I would be appreciative.

10 grams is a little under 1/3 troy ounce. A troy ounce is 31.1 grams. If it is 24k gold, it is worth a bit less than you paid for it. If it is only 14k or 18k gold, it is equivalently worth less.
Its worth about a fiver mate.
Probably seriously only worth wits weight in gold!
Well without a little more info as to it actually being a coin and not a medal. It needs a date and a country on it. If not then it is worth only the gold bullion value at the time you sell it. Maybe someone in the UK can help for I have not seen them here in the States. If you are having trouble finding it listed, it may not be a coin.
