I think its Hungarian… I typed in szegedi szalamigyar which is what it says on the coin and it came up with links for Hungarian related sites.
If it is a token or medallion, the study of such an item is called exonumia, and you might get some help at the link below.
I think Mark G is correct. I have translated some of the site online and Szeged is a city in Hungary.
Szalamigyar seems to refer to Salami and in 1869 Mark Pick opened the predecessor to today’s "world famous" salami factory in Szeged.
Your "coin" seems to be a commemorative token marking the centenary of a Hungarian salami factory. I don’t know if it’s worth anything, but it is certainly a conversation piece.
